No change here but I'm still poorly and bloated beyond belief due to the crohn's flare. I look about six months gone! Hospital and camera today, so hopefully I'll get sorted.
I watched it on the big screen! There's inflammation there so he snipped some samples off and sent them for biopsies. There is no internal bleeding though so the blood I've passed must just be superficial from the large quantities of diarrhoea passing through. That's a relief! Going back to see the consultant on the 24th to see what he says after the lab stuff comes back. Also having minor surgery for a female issue on the 22nd, so that will be a fun week to look forward to

Gained 0.8 lbs in a week. Can't really get my head round it, I'm not that fussed by weigh per se and I can notice a difference in the mirror, along with dropping a belt notch and losing body fat % according to the scales but I'm only averaging 2200 cals a day. It should be flying off me.
I log everything religiously but don't log exercise. However, that's already calculated in my TDEE.Are you logging everything in and burned? My bmr is currently around 2200 so to gain 0.8 in a week I would only need to eat 400 calories more than that, i already have half that in coffee so its easily missed.

My BMR is 2200 but I'm lifting 3 times a week, have football training once a week and row on average about 8 miles a week.
I'm with you Becs. I've been eating crap since I retired. Need to get slimmer for my lad's wedding in May. Don't want to ruin his pictures.Been through a dark few months with depression and been comfort eating and not exercising. Haven't been weighed yet, but I'll join in. Need to lose it by July so I don't look wobbly in my bikini on holiday
