Washington seem to be losing a good few.

I've always felt that if Washington lost a few, as they have, they'd have the infrastructure and youth development to remain competitive. They'll always be ok in my opinion. From what has been said, they've lost Potts, Hubber, Betts, Thompson (who rarely played last year anyway) and Anderson isn't 100% returning I believe. I'd imagine they'll get the same Aussie as last year or replace like-for-like. Either way, they'll have to sign a few although they may already have (Josh Wilson from CLS confirmed).

Littletown will be paying the whole team before long.

We already do, 1sts, 2nds and 3rd all get some beer money for appearances and we have an extremely healthy bonus structure for all players, most are on at least 50p a run, some a £1 a run, £5 a wicket 3rds, £10 a wicket 2nds and £20 a wicket 1sts.

We have one of the Rothschilds cousins whose son plays in our under 11s who is going to finance the ground redevelopment aswell, not be long before we'll be knocking on South Norths door. The Barcelona of North East Cricket...

@The Voice Of Reason the money man behind the scenes I've heard. Does a very good job of playing down his opulence though. His outfit on Saturday night had car boot sale written all over it! ;)

Sacriston will be stronger next season then. No easy games around by the looks of it

I assume clubs still attract sponsorships etc. If its money raised then it should be sustainable

Would have thought there would be more movement with relegation a possibility.

What's the incomings/outgoings at Bradnon? Few times I've heard Brandon mentioned but no one has mentioned specific players (bar Eddie Watson). Sacriston have signed Hubber & Betts back - have they got more incoming?
