What weight did you squat?think I may have asked this recently, BUT... do may runners on here do squats regularly ?
Thought it may help to strengthen my legs and assist with running , had hoped to do them maybes twice a week, did 4 sets of 10 yesterday and no way can I even do a light run today, hoping that its just that my body needs to get use to them and long term benefits will outweigh etc, otherwise can't see point if its going to stop me from running for a couple of days afterwards each time ?
