Everton fans making friends

I always find it funny when clubs moan about other clubs fans, every club has dickhead elements sadly. Regarding lille the everton lads were attacked yesterday night by lille hooligans and today the police (often plain clothed officers) began getting physical with the fans, obviously the lads not knowing if coppers or lille ultras have resisted and all sorts went one on with tear gas etc. Needless to say had it been British police acting like this the french would be whinging.

Lille apparantly is a problem for this sort of thing heard both kopites and Utd fans say the same
 
Isn't it amazing how so many of our fans talk about how bad all these fans of other clubs are whilst ours are all holier than though!
I remember a study a few year back stating our fans were the worst in premier league for bother!

So because of a handful of Everton chavs acted like wankers all Everton fans who were there that night are ? I've got good mates who are Evertonians and drank with loads before the 1/4 final down there

No I'm just not some bitter f@ckwit who enjoys slagging every other club off whilst portraying my own to be some kind of paragon of virtue !
We all have dickheads amongst our fanbase. Go and have a look through that bath land thread for proof!

I haven't seen anyone on here claim our fans are angels btw, I don't think anyone is claiming that at all, so quite where you've drawn those conclusions from I don't know.

Nobody has said our fans weren't involved either, I'm sure some of our support that night contained a small minority of morons, much like Everton's support did.

All I've seen anybody do is comment on what they witnessed. Quite why you can't believe or understand this is beyond me.

You'd rather sit on here, having a go at those fans who actually go to games.

You claim you've never seen any bother at all over these years you claim to have been going to games? I've been to hundreds of games over the years, and I could count on one hand the bother I've seen, and only once, maybes twice, would I say it was anything more than handbags. You're a fool if you think fighting doesn't go on at matches, no matter what you think about the actual fighting itself.

Unfortunately innocent people often get caught up in the acts of the idiots. That is exactly what happened on the night of the 1/4 final.

Every club has dickheads. Would you describe somebody head butting a teenager as a dickhead? I would. I'd also believe somebody who said he saw it and I know somebody who did. So it's not just people on here.
In the interests of fairness, I've seen equally twattish behaviour from our fans before. No bias here. But I still have no idea why you're totally dismissing that something happened when you weren't there and don't know anyone who was just because......well I don't even know why.

Theres dickheads everywhere you go. You don't have to look far to find them. But calling people liars just because you didn't see an incident is frankly pathetic. A lad getting slyed is not going to make the news, unfortunately it happens.
I'm pleased for you that you have never encountered trouble at a football match. I've never once went looking for trouble but have seen plenty and even been dragged into the odd scrape whilst doing my upmost to keep out of bother.
As for the craic about it been the company people keep if some scumbag nearby starts to act as scumbags do, even you know that remark is bullshit.

Anybody head butting a kid needs locking up with key thrown away I just find it hard to believe that a bairn gets browed at a game and first we hear of it is about 3 year later!
