You Tuber Mr Beast earned £39 m

There’s a few good ones and a few spenks too. Joe Robinet is quite professional but has became more commercialised in the past two years.
Try TA Outdoors if you like a serious approach or Haze Outdoors if you prefer something more light hearted.

MCQ Bushcraft is good for technique too

one neighbour had a word

been wartching his vids for years , he a bit of a prick now , where ever he lived he been moved as of noise, so bought this house in coutry side thinking he get no complaints . he broke into big brother years ago and them and a few other places he p*ssed off with his pranks, took him to court so he couldn't have any equipment to make youtube videos , but lost.
3 min 40 sec if you dont watch the rubbish
They’re best mates doing videos together now

YouTube content creators are replacing TV shows for entertainment in a whole generation. Mr Beast isn’t necessarily one that I would watch all the time, but there have been some good videos over the years and his budget is huge compared to most others. Louis Theroux did a podcast with KSI, they talk about all of this. Grounded with Louis Theroux - 6. KSI - BBC Sounds

I must admit that I was a late convert to the world of YouTube thinking that it was just full of cat videos and kids falling off skateboards but the reality is that some of the production standards are as good, if not better, that broadcast TV helped by the relatively cheap availability of HD/4K digital cameras, editing software and other equipment. All you need to supply is the talent.

What makes YouTube so interesting for me is that whatever your nerdy niche interest there will be a channel for you. Much better to watch content that is relevant to you than nonsense like the One Show or Celebrity cooking/dancing/singing.

Never heard of him

i've never heard of him till i heard about this on the news. how the fuck it is newsworthy is another matter like.

they reported his 40m annual income and said his stunts include such highlights as 'reading out the dictionary' and 'playing hide and seek in a football stadium'

i f***ing despair

YouTube is fantastic. If I want to watch music videos or live concerts, they’re there. If I’m planning walks or climbs, there are plenty of videos. If I’m stuck fixing something you can always find someone has uploaded a guide. I barely watch owt on the tele.
Me too. It’s great if you want to know how to build a shack in the Appalachians using only an axe.

Which I have found to be a constant problem for me!!

Bob Mortimer became famous by wearing a paper bag on his head, Danny Macaskill by riding a bike down some steps, Michael Crawford by being utterly hopeless at everything.....

You can make quite a lot of famous people sound as though they got famous by doing something shit. It's turning that shit thing into something people enjoy watching that's the key.

I've heard of Bob Mortimer

And yet he's probably/possibly the least well known out of all of them. Macaskill's mountain bike videos are known worldwide and Frank Spencer was very probably more well known in the UK than Mortimer ever was or has been

oh apologies, watching someone ride a bike isn't something that appeals so no surprise i've not heard of him. michael crawford was frank spencer in some mothers do have em? didn't know his name. bizarre to try and argue that's more well known that bob motimer in this day and age

I'm just showing examples of how doing shit sounding things can garner you loads of fame, when they did it is neither here nor there. Simply saying fancy being famous for doing stuff like playing hide and seek in a football stadium, I despair doesn't really tell the whole picture. It's like saying Frank Spencer had millions upon millions of viewers for being unable to put a picture up on a wall, I despair. He was known worldwide and as an aside he was far more famous at his peak than Bob Mortimer ever has been.
