yet another night wide awake at stupid oclock



Anyone know any sleep techniques....other than reading Joe Pugwesh`s postings?
Diet, lack of exercise, stress and irregular bed times are the usual causes. If you have one or more of these it could be your problem. Also leave the phone alone an hour before bed and only go in your bedroom to sleep.
 
Podcasts work for me.... But if I'm restless I usually get woken up by my headphone cord wrapping around my neck as I turn over....
Blue tooth, ipad, You tube, plenty on there to get you to sleep, new technology is wonderful. I am not suppsed to know that, £6.95 Home Bargains, blue tooth, earphones.

I’m sure you are, prove it by taking my advice, try youtube, Best Sleep Hypnosis, Australian lass very nice, no music will get you off no bother. No need to thank me, go on, have a look.
