Get up early every morning, zero power naps, by 22:00 bed is calling your name
Try having a bath before bed also, just summit to calm you down before bed, it’s worked for me.
But I’m up at 5 every day so it’s not a problem now.
 
People often say “I bet your up all night Adam thinking about work and stuff”

But I can honestly say I sleep like a baby (apart from getting up for a slash about 3:00am).

Shower then a bit twice on the pipe,3 times on the ceiling and I’m out like a light

I'm up at 4, and do a 12 mile run/walk, when head hits pillow at 10pm, its good night . heat don't bother me if i've exercised , i can have 3 quilt's on :eek::eek::eek::eek: just reading up about hands going numb when running and salt lost and amount you drink during run
