I remember having this discussion about 20 yrs back Irl. I opted for the music from the football results on bbc radio at 5pm on saturdays. No idea what it’s called. My marra was quite taken with that so changed his original choice that I’ve forgotten (Motown probably) to the MOTD theme ”but yours is better”. I said you can have it if you want.
He went last week.
While everyone else was snuffling and mentally reminiscing and the feller up front droned on and on and on I was wondering if he’d nicked me tune. He hadn’t. MOTD it was.
He could’ve had mine as I’m now leaning towards Goodbye Pork Pie Hat but I’ve nivver owned one in my life. Better get a move on.
