Firstly it’s going to be a humanist funeral, none of that religious stuff for me. Medical science can take what they like first but after that
The two songs I’ve already said are
Hells Bells - AC/DC - as I go into the incinerator. I like the thought of the opening bells in the song.
Tom Sawyer - Rush - as I come out. The opening synth would be cool as I come out.
Then I’ve asked Mrs EJK (if she’s still around) to take some of my ashes and hoy them in the Wear - a sort of homecoming if you like. The rest she can do what she likes with. In the event that Mrs EJK pre-deceases me then the task falls to Master EJK.
