The best yacht in the resort was owned by a top diver, he lived on it but was summoned allover the world to fly for emergency dives on oilrigs etc, next day the feckers back on his boat necking bubbly!

I know a lad who is a diver, works on fishing vessels etc out of north east Scotland he’s is paid absolute Monopoly money to do his job, and the nets are so expensive when snagged etc. Duck would I be diving 20ft under a fishing boats props like

Not looking for huge Queen Mary 2 style cruise liners, more your Abramovich style luxury yachts.

I spent 2 summer seasons working in a marina in Ibiza. My advice would be: rent, don't buy.

Yachts are a massive, massive ballache. Imagine the most unreliable car you can think of, well most yachts are worse.
