I have never seen a man so in love with himself as HHH.

Apparently that whole "Unreal" documentary on Netflix was driven by him in order to make himself look like some sort of Dana White figure.

I despite that every time a title changes hands now, there is a picture on social media of the new champion and HHH, why?

I'm never watching that series. I saw a clip of it on social media where he explains that the Cena heel turn was all to be revolved around Travis Scott FFS. That and it seems these days they just can not wait to tell you how they came up with everything and tell you how brilliant they are. Chod.

Pretty much single-handedly ruined Raw in the early years of the brand split with the amount of creative control he asserted over his character and the World Heavyweight Championship. The whole farce with Booker T at WM19 was him at his absolute worst

100%. Even him defeating Goldberg in the Elimination Chamber after they built Goldberg up after joining. No fan of Bill, but it was another nonsense decision.

He wouldn't even put over Sting in 2015 or whenever it was.

He's now ruined Raw by being as boring as a booker as he was in the ring.

HHH ruined the best Wrestlemania dream match of all time. When Sting finally joined the WWE, everyone thought we'd get Undertaker v Sting. Instead, we got Triple H v Sting with DX and NWO getting involved. If it wasn't for his health, he'd be World Heavyweight champion.

The whole Authority storyline with "the vigilante" (how shit is that name) Sting was bloody dreadful imo. The match with them two at WM wasn't great either. Made no sense.

It was all just poorly done, as much of everything was from 13-19. It's gone shite now but those years were absolutely the pits. Worse than 93-96 because at least that was only a few years.

I have a huge soft spot for 93-96 8-).. '97 is the best year of WWE/WCW imho.

Didn't even realize Summerslam was on this weekend, right out of the loop :lol:

I do in that I was young but I knew then I wasn't really enjoying it as much. There were some good things but not many. 97 was the best year in the 90s for wrestling mate.

Nah, I'd forgotten til I put Netflix on and it said. Read up on it, 3 hour pre show each night apparently... Anyone fancy that? Lifting

2 nights is just too much, particularly when we have to endure Jelly Roll and Logan Paul in a match, Jey Uso and Roman Reigns teaming up and Rusev vs Sheamus.

That said, Jey Uso's entrance will probably take up all of night 1.

If you love it like a few of my mates it'll be a treat!. I don't have the attention span these days :lol: ,they are better athletes than ever and have some good characters but it's far too clinical for my liking, everything seems so slick.

If the pre show is hosted by Stephanie Vaquer and Asuka in a sauna I might be interested other than that, nee chance 😂

Back then a load of the wrestlers came from amateur backgrounds or American football etc. So you had a mix of legit hard blokes and generational athletes. Now it's more about the presentation... Stand there, look into that, make sure you say this. As you say, it's too slick
