Ridge Holland's real name is Luke, so we've basically got a subliminal tribute to the Bushwhackers.

Devastated to hear the news. We all think of him as one half of The Outsiders with buddy Kevin Nash and before as Razor Ramon. The Outsiders team were packaged as ex WWE Superstars who were in WCW to disrupt it. But Scott was in WCW long before the fall of 1992 when he signed for the WWE to feud with a babyface Mr Perfect and Randy Savage among others. He attacked Owen Hart setting up the 1993 Royal Rumble match with Bret. He was in WCW from 1991 to 1992. Diamond Dallas Page was his manager as The Diamond Studd who had a feud with the late “Z Man“ Tom Zenk.
I thought he had an image that was so new and so 90s. That hard Cuban look with the slick black hair and gold chains. And the attitude.
How Rick Bognar thought he could rip off Razor is one of the biggest wrestling mysteries in the world. Though tragically Rick has also since passed. Ironically of a heart attack.
My thoughts are with his friends (the Clique) and family.
I saw him at the Whitley Bay Ice Rink in October of 1993. The immortal words Hey, yo!” as he spoke on the mic before a match I think with Shawn Michaels. Brilliant.
