It's been widely reported that the Saudi deal has went through now.

In the space of a week, we've went from having a company that is looking like it is on the up and up again with solid booking and great storylines happening, to Vince coming back and handing the company over to the Saudis.

What the fuck is going to happen with Sami Zayn? Probably going to walk out as soon as it is publicly announced, as might his best friend Kevin Owens. I know I said this about the Newcastle deal and was wrong there, but I can see mass walkouts happening, and it's already started with Stephanie McMahon in my eyes. No way is it just coincidence that she has fully resigned from the company at almost exactly the same time that the Saudi deal has been leaked.

I'm genuinely livid!

This is horrendous news though, the current product wasn’t great but it was in a much better place than in the latter days of Vince.

To clarify though if someone can confirm, WWE is now owned by Saudis and vince is in charge of running the whole thing again?

It wouldn’t have felt right having WWE owned by anyone outside of USA for me but to then add the fact it’s the Saudi’s, well I'm perplexed.

I scarcely keep up to date with WWE these days but I was going to take my daughter to her first show in Newcastle in June. That won’t be happening.

Still trading as a public company so it can’t be complete yet .

Listening to Dave meltzer and he was questioning any future TV deal, with the fact no broadcaster will touch LIV Golf will WWE now seen to be toxic as well .

Without the tv deals the company means nothing

Unsure how there even function without the tv deal as it drives everything else , ticket sales and ppv sales don’t matter . Fox, peacock, and USA deals are what allows the company to run.

PIF will not want to be paying for everything constantly
 
So from what I can tell it’s still not done completely as there has been no official comment on it but with how many of the wrasslin journos (especially Cassidy Haynes who is usually spot on) were talking about it last night it seems inevitable, that or wwe leaked it to see the reaction which hasn’t been very good 😂

Depends how desperate they are to continue their sport washing, I'd laugh my tits off though if the deal goes through and the big Networks tell Vince to fuck off regardless if he stays.
