The only one that comes to mind at the minute is a lasses battle royal to determine who'd face the lasses champion for the championship, basically the lass who was meant to win fell out of the ring cos she was a dafty and another lass won

Theres a good one where they had to change the outcome of the match on the spot in the ring before it started, between jeff hardy and sting when hardy was, how shall I put it, looking a bit worse for wear while entering the ring including falling up the steps
