Hasn't Big Show been 'fired' twice in the last 2 years anyway?
As well as that there were those times when Cena got fired from the Nexus, was fired for losing to CM Punk at Money in the Bank 2011, and Ziggler was fired by Teddy Long in 2011  The writers are git big daftys mind
Putting it very mildly

I say they are f***ing idiots!

Hope its a good one because the company looks absolutely knackered at present. Lots of positives in that company, better and worse than WWE in many ways, more exposure and certainly more people in the arenas is needed.

I also think they need to take a leaf out of WCW's book since they can't take a leaf out of WWE's book seeing as WWE is beyond them as far as emulation goes. WCW at their worst is better than TNA at their best. So to address that balance what I would do is, if I was TNA, look at what WCW did right and do it even better and to groom their own talent from the Indies and elsewhere.

It has worked Ethan Carter and Bram prove that taking talent that the WWE have missed or deems below them and turning them into top main-event talent DOES work. Though you can't rely totally on that. There is a greater chance of failure. You know nothing about what the up and coming talent can or can't do. You don't know how they will turn out. At least with proven former WWE talent you get an established talent fans know about who will come and see them. The British Bootcamp show is another great and for me innovative way of taping into the world of the unknown's. Dave Mastiff looks brilliant. I love him. I hope he wins. Looks another Bam Bam Bigelow.. I don't like the way he secretly bullies Grado though. In the last episode Grado said he thought he could go to Dave with good advice but Dave takes advantage of that to give him all the wrong advice. Putting down feelers in the UK that establishes that as a talent pool is very good I think.

I think the Hardcore scene in TNA can be used well. That is something the sometimes tepid WWE has never done. It didn't even do it in the Monday night war with WCW. They did a lot of things which gave it the ratings advantage over WCW like create DX, The Rock, Steve Austin and they involved women in the front-line where the Nitro Girls were just a filler. They introduced talent like Sable, Trish Stratus, Chyna and others. But they never introduced a hardcore section. They had talent like Hardcore Holly who came from Bob"Sparkplug"Holly and The British Bulldog proves all you have to do to be classed as a Hardcore wrestler is wear jeans. We never actually saw any nails or barbed-wire. They never bled like we saw in ECW. Bram, Abyss and Tommy Dreamer have brought that to TNA which they can use as a niche to get one over on WWE.

TNA may be down but they are not out.

Pretty sure they gave Big Show a contract where he can't be fired, there was a whole lawsuit story thing went on.

I'm convinced the whole cm punk things a work, some strange things happening lately and both sides refuse to let the story die

They have loads of great things that could be pushed but nobody is watching TNA ratings wise and the arena audiences are lower than ever. If they could get a good tv deal and have a bit backing like Turner did for WCW then they would have a chance. WWE has such a generic boring product apart from odd exception, that they are crying out to be challenged and would be easy pickings.

These two are clearly going to be the two finalists going head to head at the end, so they need to make it face v heel, and even if he wasn't called 'the bastard' anyone would make a better heel than this...

I love grado, and by some miracle hope he wins, but it's got Mastiff written all over it imo.

Has anyone been watching Lucha Underground?

Really impressed with what I've seen so far. The production is better than any other brand. Nice to see John Morrison back in a ring aswell.

They have loads of great things that could be pushed but nobody is watching TNA ratings wise and the arena audiences are lower than ever.

Then the failings of TNA is down to the fans. Not TNA. No matter what they do, if fans aren't watching then they can't get anywhere.

If they could get a good tv deal and have a bit backing like Turner did for WCW then they would have a chance.

It is now on a channel called Destination America. No idea how this or any channel could be a good thing.

WWE has such a generic boring product apart from odd exception, that they are crying out to be challenged and would be easy pickings.

As encouraging as it sounds to me as I support any underdog and believe the top players don't need support as much as the underdogs do I just don't see the WWE allowing TNA to challenge them. They will want to destroy TNA like they did with ECW and WCW. You think Vince will go on air to roundly applaud all the good work Dixie Carter has done to bring TNA to a strong position? Nah.

Of course not. Thats why WWE are sitting churning out PG shite and just making money easily now

So Sheamus is genuinely injured, having to have surgery explains the whole Rowan thing then. So many 'top' stars out at the moment because of injury. Also looks like Lesnar is going back to UFC, his reign has been worth it.

This 'fired' stipulation for teamcena...wouldn't surprise me if they lose and Vince comes out on raw to 'save' them.

That's the only way they could possibly redeem it. Cena winning would be a ridiculous way to end the Authority stuff. They need to keep it going for Bryan or at least Reigns to come back and end it.
