Read he might not be joining now and that TNA might be offering him a big deal, will have a few UK dates ahead as well with him winning a title in ICW recently

TNAInsider.com which I am a poster with are running a thread on this guy possibly coming and the census of opinion is that TNA will offer him greater movement/flexibility in his personal life than the WWE. WWE's schedule is far more rigorous. One poster who is more in the know about how TNA conduct business knows that TNA film Impact Wrestling! episodes several weeks at a time so the theory for his schedule is he could fly out to the US. for a week or two to do the tapings and the 4 pay per views a year, and spend the rest of the time at home. Something the WWE wouldn't allow him to do since their schedule is tougher. An opinion voiced by another poster. Also another poster believes that the WWE wouldn't be able to give him the kind of position he wants. He will probably be stuck in NXT for the next 2-3 years. But on TNA due to the amount of talent on the roster he would be on PPV's and on episodes of Impact Wrestling! almost straight away.

Another poster who appears to be astute about TNA believes that despite opinion TNA do offer decent money. It is stupid comparing the money TNA offer to the WWE. Obviously the money WWE offer makes money offered by any other promotion seem nominal. Whatever any other promotion like TNA and ROH offer the WWE can treble without even a second thought.

Big fan of Orton anyway but the Legend Killer was class.

I've liked him in this current authority role but I wasn't keen on the Viper thing when he seemed to just amble around for quite a while.

He's got better as it's gone along. Was winding the crowd up very well recently. He was the dullest thing on it for several years previously though.

He's done ok in the authority role but he gets fuck all reaction, he's been going through the motions for years imo. They're now just chucking him in a tag team with Batista, although I kind of like that idea.

Looks like Evolution 2.0 vs Shield and Bryan?

Wouldn't be surprised to see them win the tag belts, then at the next ppv have a winner takes all match for the WWE WHC, US and Tag Team championships - Evolution 2.0 vs DB + The Shield

He was a fantastic heel around that time.

Still can't believe how horrendously they fucked up with Orton in mid-late 2004. Looked on the verge of being huge, beat Benoit clean to win the WHC as a heel which was pretty much unheard of at the time and they had all the makings of a fantastic programme with Triple H which was supposed to culminate in a title match at WM21, but Triple H's ego had to give him another title reign a month after Orton winning it and they killed all the momentum stone dead.

Should have kept Orton in Evolution defending the title and had Triple H win the Rumble, then had the latter finally turn on him shortly afterwards.

Make him a Heyman guy. Get him a more prominent mouthpiece. Always been better at being a heel anyway.

Why would he leave NJPW for TNA?

Bring Punk back, turn Cena into the heel he was originally, scrap the PG rubbish and watch ratings go Attitude Era again.

Really liked Cena back in the day with his "Doctor of Thuganomics" gimmick. Wasn't that great in the ring but was pretty good on the mic and didn't have the whole cleaner than clean shite surrounding him as he does now.

He's a cash cow with kids though. It'll never happen.

I reckon he's been brainwashed by WWE like, In his interviews that don't involve WWE all he does is plug WWE and trot out cliches. Far far away from the bloke who admitted to bucking owt with a pulse on The Howard Stern show.
