We should be looking at Randell Williams at Exeter. Can play wide midfield or wing back, comfortable either side.

Personally I'd give Kokolo a go before McLaughlin even though the youths are playing shite he might look better with Gooch alongside him.

it is a worry but it’s very difficult to find a player who is competent in that position who is happy to warm the bench in league 1. And essentially pick them up for buttons

That’s £104K a year ynar! X25 or so. It all adds up and most would’ve been on more. If they’re not tearing the opposition a new arsehole on a weekly basis we can’t afford to keep em I’m afraid.
