Brown babies aren't worth as much as white pensioners, the sick & the obese (not my personal opinion, but society's).

If the population doubled + 1 every generation it would be true, but it seems that hasn't happened

If only there was a way to reduce the world population, especially those that are a burden on the welfare system and help global warming at the same time?
 
They reckon it’ll level off at about 9 billion dont they? Then start declining.
As more people (especially women) in 3rd world countries become more educated the birth rate will drop. Hopefully the case anyway.
