I’ve just done my 12 weeks, they did everything in their power to make my time a misery

I would've been out the day before the end of the 12 weeks if that's the case

I put 12 weeks notice in on Monday, which was rejected as I’ve got to give 3 months by my contract, oversight by me, they are trying to be difficult, I’m letting it go over my head.

Leaving on my terms whilst maintaining professional standards, they can act as they please, I’m not rising to it.
