Also they're probably distracted thinking about what new curtains or settee they'll be buying later that week. and erm periods and stuff. I dunno, I've only really seen women on the telly and that. Not an expert.

When someone's being self-deprecating for humourous effect, simply going "Yeah." doesn't really have any intrinsic value in a comedic sense. Hope this helps in your future endeavours.
You’ve bored me to death if that’s counts as helping.

And you'd know being an expert on the subject.

Because they are more emotional than men. according to the NI womens manager.

Bit of a generalisation. There are women who are not emotional at all and plenty men who bubble up at the slightest pressure. As a whole that might be the case, but it’s a very inappropriate comment to make on national TV. He will probably get the sack now and rightly so.

Why is it controversial?

Research has suggested that women express emotions more frequently than men on average. Multiple researchers have found that women cry more frequently, and for longer durations than men at similar ages
Feeling emotion and expressing that emotion are different things. Hence the talk around men bottling things up and not seeking help for mental health issues etc.

Something new for the continuously outraged to get upset about .
From observing the youth of today he has got it the wrong way round anyway .Blokes these days start blubbing at the drop of a hat .
Yeah. On Saturday Ronaldo took a hissy fit and slapped a phone out of a 14 year olds hand because Man Utd lost. And we had grown men on here saying he was 'upset' 'frustrated' and 'should be shown more respect':lol:
