Women concede more goals cos their keepers are utterly shite. I used to be fine with blaming this in the size of goals but they're letting in consistent goals from 40 yards away, struck at the speed of a floated pass.

Barcelona women's team are actually quite good to watch, play proper football that is better to watch than a lot of mens.

Yes, it is true. Dutch people are taller than Brits but individual Dutch people can be shorter than individual Brits. Both are true. I'm sure that neither the Brits nor the Dutch will be damaged by that statement.

Unless of course you assume being emotional is bad and being tall is good. Sometimes it is, sometimes it isn't.

I've always thought that in the men's game, the scoring team were more likely to concede in the following 5 minutes. Mostly because my dad would tend to go quiet while everyone was still celebrating, look serious, and go 'haway lads, focus, the most dangerous time is just after scoring'. Purely anecdotal.

What is the fact? Are either men, or women, more likely to score (or concede) following a goal, or is it about the same?

As old-blokeosaurus comments go, I don't think this one's that bad. It's not good, he hasn't improved society at all by coming out with it, but 'in general, women express upset more than men' isn't a particularly controversial statement.
