Bruno and Tonali are definitely off.
Livramento is nailed on for City apparently, and you have to assume that Woltemade and Wissa will demand moves given that Howe doesn't rate either of them in their natural position. Gordon's ego will demand Champions League football, and after that you're down to an extremely shaky first 11. The likes of Willock, Ramsdale and Trippier wouldn't get in many other Premier League team's first X1s.
They'll have a very weak hand in the transfer market. Best they can hope for is to sell quickly and reinvest, but based on last summer they're inclined to waste time playing silly buggers because they refuse to accept their place in the pecking order.
And if the summer doesn't get off on a positive note, I'm sure the likes of Lewis Hall will be getting onto his agent too.
The PIF project is dead in the water - it started with the Isak saga and yesterday delivered the killer blow. Only question now if PIF can be bothered to go again. And I'm not sure if sportswashing sits at the top of your To Do list at a time when the Iranians are launching missiles at your oil fifields.
