Women and men are equal but different. There are things women are far better than men at. I don’t take it exception to that it’s just life.

What are women better at then?
Not all cases but in general they are better nurturers, better dancers, if a kid falls over and cries he’ll run to his Mam rather than his dad and they’re probably just more pleasant in general. As I say this is in general and isn’t a one size fits all situation.
