methven isnt on the baord of directors that elliot is on..the baord are appointed by the chairman directly and the shareholders indirectly..methven isnt on the board but he has a small shareholding (it must be a small shareholding given how many sharehodlers there atre-as you mention seven have 5 per cent or more...but there is a large number of other shareholders..

Elliot is a non exectuvie director..its not an important or senior role..

Proper weird your love in with Methven though. If he’s so good at PR why does he need people like you sucking him off on forums like this? He’s a fortunately now diminishing stain on Sunderland AFC, hopefully he won’t fuck Charlton up too much.

dont know if nyou read my posts but if you do you will see a consistent pattern of criticism of him..even just on this thread..as stated-ive never met methven but someone I know who is very prominent in business and somewhat in football-knew methven very well-but fell out with him because of his comments about people from the north east-this indivdual is not someone to fall out with.
I always regarded methven as a malevolent character-but he has also now revealed himself to be quite stupid.
 
Interviewed on Radio Berkshire tonight. Said there would be a number of people involved in a consortium, all are based in England and as good as confirmed his name wouldn't have to go through the Owners & Directors test, and said he is very confident the buy out will go through

When asked about others who are also trying to buy the club, he said he knows of a couple of Americans who are, and also said Gymshark are one of the others potential buyers he is up against.
