No-one at the club is prepared to go on the record about Storey, however figures behind the scenes have confirmed to ChronicleLive that he is not viewed as a credible buyer and that there is 'no chance' of owner selling to him.

although I am always dubious when it comes from a ‘ source’ within the club, why not be upfront about it?

Given that there must be only around 5 people left working there we can narrow it down to who the 'source' is.

Have a look on his website, the address given is essentially ‘round the back of Morrison’s, by the bins, Stratford upon Avon’

just clicked that to see as I used to visit SUA every week...
i used to work for a business (behind the registered address for Rich energy) on Timothys Bridge Road.

The Rich Energy address is a steel fabricators next door to Stratford fire station.

i haven’t worked there since 2015, and it’s possible they could now be making drinks cans, but I doubt it based on how it was setup 5 years ago

I wonder if it’s true that Donald won’t consider him as a buyer, so he’s up here mooching about in a sunderland top to try to get himself onside with the fans.

You want Donald gone, here I am with the money and he won’t let me buy, I’m gonna get premier league players, get angry and put pressure on him to sell - type thing.

Though as it stands, it looks as though not many are jumping onboard.

I’m still on the fence about him, and despite him being somewhat unorthodox, until it’s clear who he’s got on board money wise, I think it’s too early to be chasing him out of town

When was the last time you seen anyone buying any football club come and stay around that city in the team shirt, before he bought a football club, come on think about it, the fella is just a self publicist, a complete waste of space man.

This is the problem we are all desperate for change but we can’t let idiots like Storey have any chance.
