It’s a weird time for a DoF to be taking holiday I agree - just I thought the Head Coach recruitment wasn’t being done by him so there wouldn’t be impact in that area

Yes, as in picking the candidate and getting the man he wanted. Speakman needs to have some work to do whilst being paid. He can't be swanning off to the other side of the world whilst we are at this stage. So amateurish. Anyway, i haven't been told Still is going anywhere else like.

We, the average fan, hasn’t a clue who we’re after, or how close we are to finalising the appointment, for all we know it’s done and will be announced on a date when the contract runs from. Good to read a sensible and balanced post….. I personally think the appointment will be made on Monday 3rd of June. I certainly hope so as I want to start looking forward to next season… new manager… a more balanced recruitment process … a more streetwise and physical team with a clearer playing style which the fans can warm to .
Impatience I can understand… hysterical negativity I cannot.

It's feels like we're struggling to sell what's on offer.... im led to believe that the one candidate that we have Deffo talked to ( not still) ... pretty much end the discussions quite early.
