I've been reading up and there's been a lot of big cats sightings around these parts...I wouldn't know who to report it too without sounding like a loon though.

That isn’t an otter, it’s sewage.Was walking along the river in Blandford in Dorset during mi lunch, saw an Otter for the first time in ages…then a Kingfisher does a fly by over it!

Harsh. You'd never catch a lemur to achieve that. Penguins are slippery and giraffes are ginormous! I ain't getting hoofed by a giraffe

Just been out and found either a ribbonsnake or a garter snake, I am not able to differentiate as they are both quite similar.

My kid sent me this earlier, he is on holiday, gone to palawan, owl sitting outside the cottage in daylight.

Dug a smallish pond in my back garden during lockdown about 18 months ago as a bit of excitement for the kids. Has been completely devoid of life despite planting it up and adding a water fountain etc to the point it has been nigh on forgotten about.
Just had a quick look tonight and it's teeming with life spotted 4 newts, 2 toads and several water snails.

Took my lunch and a cup of tea out the back earlier, and sat by the lake, sat watching a pair of otters and their 3 cubs, superb sight.

Beautiful Birds but absolute bonkers.
I live in Northern Virginia and we have quite a lot of them in parts.
I used to live on a lake where they would often attack you while walking.
Proper swooping down attacking your head like something like from Jason and The Argonaughts.
