Absolutely disgraceful that they’d charge you a subscription fee for a power line adapter.

In BT's case it's not like - proper good kit that retails for £200, for a fiver a month. Also includes a guarantee etc. Complete WiFi

These Wifi Extenders, is there a one where it doesn't create a different network name? i.e. one that seamlessly does the job?

Otherwise I'll still be connected to the primary one, but with a shit signal in 2 of the upstairs rooms, when there's a great signal on the extender.
Don't want to have to manually change my wifi connection every time I move around the house.

Actually found an app that auto switches between as many ssids as you like once the signal goes a certain low level. So a cheap extender will do for me!

Ideal. I find the cheap extender covers the whole house anyway so I just connect to that.
