BBC setting up a channel so the Albanians can watch Scottish football would be admirable, nice for the Albanians to watch a lower standard of football than the Albanian Superliga.

“Alba” is Gaelic for Scotland. The Romans called it “Scoti”, which is where its modern “English” name comes from.
