Not defending anything. You've strayed so far from the point of my original post in your zest to prove that Moyes is a "clueless idiot" because you don't rate his signings. I have no intention of debating every move that the man (actually club) has made. The big picture is that a handful of signings can't overcome the impacts of the number of injuries to our first team players that have happened in a short period of time. Our actual first team has hardly played at all this season - and that's not Moyes' fault.

I dont get why people keep mentioning it. The majority of deals are paid over a period of time.

Take NDong, dangermows is keep on banging on about he has only cost 2 million so far, don't know how he knows this, but we will give him the benefit of the doubt.

The total fee was reported 13m, we have paid 2m (according to some kid on the net), the remaining 11m will have been forecast as future spend in our accounts and will be reported against the budget as spend. It's simple accountancy as we have committed to spend that extra 11m it has to be forecasted.

I currently don't think there would be any point in sacking him in the way we've done previously to give us a boost, as without incoming players or four or five back the rest simply aren't capable of semi regular good results.

For once I'd rather give him the chance and at the moment it's not even as if we're cut adrift - we've been in much worse positions over the last few seasons.

The first point is a huge assumption by you with nothing to substantiate it, and the owner looking to sell.

The secon point is garbage £8m on a centre half, and £13m on a midfielder is not cheap augmentation.

Short term solutions have partly got us in the mess we are in.

I'm behind him. Hes been dealt a shit hand, although his signings of N'Dong and in particular Onion Bhaji seem bad business. He deserves time to get it right.

Lets sack Moyes because we are getting beat nigh on every week. How many defeat have we suffered this season? I could maybe stomach, not winning game, if we were hard to beat and drawing games. But we are loosing too many games.

Look at Defoe s goals this season, I think he has 12. How many of them have earned us points. I'm guessing but I'd say half of his goals have come in a losing cause.

You maybe happy with how the season is going and Moyes' management. I'm not, I think he has been poor from day 1, there was a short period of hope but it has again reverted back to type.

Nobody deserves time.

I'd love him to start winning game and picking up points but I can't see it. From afar his man-management skills look non-existent and when the team is struggling that is vital
