Not sure exactly when but I'm sure it's been mentioned on various forums through the years .Plus I'm also it was mentioned in the local papers as well.I've googled him and SMB RTG together and @wayne entwhistle no9 mentions him in 2016 in reply to whether Tony Day still got to games ? Wayne inferred that Tony had died 10 years earlier.When did he die?
