things are valued at whatever value you want to attach to them, things are worth whatever someone is willing to pay.

I can value a hand drawn painting of mine at £1 million but it isn't worth that amount unless someone hands over the money.
 

assuming the goal is to own a team in the premiership it's a bit of a daft question I think.
