Get a grip. Pay cut = want away or don't give a damn = kone. Simple

Thanks for the enlightenment, very valid point.
Whey man. If you can't see why players have wage cuts written into their contracts in the event of relegation I see no need to raise valid points. It's ridiculous man.

Really don't know how Rodwell is prepared to show his face in training each day.

Why the fuck did we agree to his demands to not have this clause in his contract.....to me this is right up there with the most shocking financial decisions ever....and boy have we made a few of them.

Unbelievable Jeff
They are all motivated now

Speechless
:lol: accept it. We are doomed
The 40% pay cut was our death knell

We should have given them a pay rise to help with motivation
The rules of logic clearly don’t apply to this board

It was Ellis Short's idea,(I think it was) Stoke did it and he thought it was a good idea to copy.

Same as the salary cap. Both stupid ideas to me, but there you go. To me it's hard enough to find good players, never mind when you impose constraints like that. To me it's a direct consequence of us signing so much shite over the last however many years.
