Whey Protein - what are you using at the moment?

Mine's called instant mass heavyweight and contains protein, creatine and a few other Ians. It doesn't waste to bad for a protein powder either.

Despite the name, I am trying to put o lean muscle and it lose weight due to the amount of cardio I do and it seems to help with that, so if you do less cardio than me it should be good for putting on mass as well!

Matrix Anabolic gold, swapped onto this about 2 year ago after using CNP pro mass for about 20 year. Wanted a more leaner less carb protein and find it great.
42 quid for 5 kg tub with a free shaker too from supplement centre on ebay, think their ebay is 247 protein or something like that
 
Watch yourself with Matrix stuff mate...it is generally shite stuff.
They are only protein blends...and have a read up on 'protein spiking'.
 
When mine runs out I won’t order any more.

I have a scoop after a gym visit but I’m going to eat a tin of tuna or a couple of hard boiled eggs instead.

I will still buy creatine though as it’s less expensive.
