Whats for tea tonight then smb?

All me own work

Tandoori chicken
Saffron spuds
Coconut and green chilli cabbage
Basmati rice
Lentil and moong dahl
Plain Naan ( bought that )
Ooooh Saffron spuds.

Actually all sounds nice,

But what do you do for a saffron spud, add to the water for a subtle flavour? Or roast with saffron

In the water , mainly for colour as the principal taste comes from garlic , mustard seeds , green chilli, auesifatada and veg stock
Sounds great, where are the recipes from?
Lost in time mate ive been doing them for years from memory , my wife is anglo indian and her late mother did them. Having said that their fairly common south indian dishes so will be on the net . This is more or less the cabbage recipe and its not a bad site in general

I'm now eating a packet of chocolate biscuits. But you know when you full of cold so can't breath through your nose. I am having to eat and breath at the same time. Not a pretty sight.
