Cheers, it’s so easy to make, just blitz a tin of chickpeas, couple of garlic cloves, glug of olive oil, glug of lemon juice and 2 dessert spoons of tahini

Yeah but sometimes the simple things can go awry. One of the things I hate about some Hummus' is it is too blitzed. Too smooth, no texture. Maybe cos I l8ke eating with veggies.

Surprisingly, to you anyway, my little pedant, I didn't rear and kill the chicken, nor did I grow the mushrooms, strawberries, lemons or mascarpone either.

I bought the ingredients and will COOK and BAKE rhem at home , ergo HOME MADE.
