Dumplings for me tonight. Home made coz live in Wuhan. No salad just Lao Gan Ma mixed with soy sauce and vinegar as the dumpling dip. Simple but effective.

I do eat quite a lot of dim sum type dumplings actually. Either in salad, simply fried with that mental hot chilli oil or it's q nice to bake them in coconut milk flavoured with some sort of curry paste.
