Obviously sleepwalks, and one night stripped the plaster, put some Rafa posters up then plastered over it again. Which means he's got subconscious mag tendencies.

Either that or there's a vortex in the space time continuum, localised in his bathroom.

Chrisr, its like the Amityville horror, any problems with flies? Best burn the decker down and sow the remains with salt ala Hill house or you'll wake up in the night wearing a 1990s toon top and welding an axe. It's no great loss, the foundations will be rotten and flooded with gravy anyway.
