What was the first vinyl 45 you bought?

I was a big fan of (early) Rod who was singing on it, and one of his best vocals imo.

I bought it 2nd hand (ex jukebox) from a stall on Cape Hill market Smethwick cost 25p sometime in 1973 iirc.

The earliest 45 I can remember playing, I didn't buy it, but it was Deck of cards by Wink Martindale. A name to conjour with.
