What next?

KLD could sack Dodds. The one thing he’s been pretty consistent in is sacking head coaches once he’s made his mind up it needs changing.

If ‘giving it Doddsy’ until the end of the was some sort of probation period for Dodds he must have well and truly cocked that up.
 


Only hope is that he gets bored and sells up.

Even if Dreyfus sacked Speakman, his poor judgment, lack of experience of ever achieving anything on his own merit, and his capacity to be taken in by bullshitters is such that he would appoint another knacker who spun him the same rubbish about being able to build a team full of kids who can be developed.

Even if Speakman replaced Dodds, the current squad and future recruitment would still be shite, we'd still have a hopeless squad, and the poor sap who agreed to come would still be forced to keep Dodds in situ, so that when the new Head Coach said anything wrong, he would be sacked and Dodds could have a fourth attempt to see if he was anywhere near up to the job.

We won't ever progress under Kyril Louis Dreyfus.
