West Brom

Dear me. It's like a Wolves fan has taken the WBA job on Football Manager as is trying to sabotage the club. The owners seem to have no clue at all

He's one of the modern-type managers, Ramsay. Like Amorim he believes there is a best way to play the game, and also thought that was 3-4-3.

By all accounts they just haven't the players for it, looked all over the place so he abandoned it.

I dunno why managers, coaches don't realise - there IS no single best system, or single best formation. What is 'best' depends on the players you have got, which tactics play to the strengths your players have... Or am I being outdated or simlplistic?

This will be very interesting as our owners worked with the EFL on our finances from the moment they took over, did everything the EFL asked and demanded & have clearly very much cut expenditure.

They won't have time to inflict any punishment this season, and I'd expect us to fight heavily against a points deduction.

I wish you nothing but the best mate, soft spot for the Baggies, hopefully you're right and it's a storm in a teacup.

Best of luck for the rest of the season.

I've said on here before that my (sadly late) oldest friend was a mad keen Baggies fan, it would have been his birthday last Sunday, so as a memorial me and some of his family went to the Ipswich game last Saturday, with a draw ensuring West Brom stayed up - the Baggies fans were sensational, singing and chanting for the whole game, non stop support, so for any West Brom fan on here you must be proud and pleased with the support the team received in what has been a difficult season.

Best of luck to you, the club and James Morrison, here's hoping for a brighter future for what is a proper football club with proper fans...not unlike ourselves in so many ways.
