Aye, but a few pubs would have sprung up and I assume a Metro link would have been constructed? Though God knows how long that would have taken.
 
Wonder what happened to the plans for the Football Hall of Fame and museum, which would have attracted half a million visitors a year?

Probably would have aye, but I doubt it would have been anywhere near the required amount that would be able to cater for the thousands that use pubs in the town and north of the river at the SOL now.
