My new laptop has come with Microsoft Edge browser, which claims it is brilliant and much faster than everything else.

Is this true? Have always used Chrome up to now..

Good. I want the browser to use every inch of CPU available while I'm using it. Why would you not want to?

Firefox is head and shoulders above Edge. Chrome was shit until they copied Firefox.

Stick with Edge and Chrome then. Tbf, Chrome is now a carbon copy of Firefox so it's just as good, although Firefox doesn't constantly spy on you and send data back to Google like Chrome does.

Both Chrome and FF have the best add-ons/extentions and scripts so one of those is your best option. Edge is shite in comparison, as is Safari.

Make sure you install ublock origin, NOT adblock plus. Unless you want paid popup ads being allowed through.

Opera's worth a look, got a built in VPN if you need it?

I use Chrome, FF, Opera and Edge for different stuff.

They're all very good these days.
