We need a new manager (Can I have some bites please)

Presumably the OP has given some careful consideration to what the result of sacking Regis would be ?
Does he predict that sacking RLB would result in a better manager coming straight in to take his place ?
Who is that person ?
And does he think that by sacking RLB we would go top two and get promoted automatically ?

As much as i like him he is showing his limitations to get us to that next level which is top2 in this division. His lack of timing on substitutions and stubborness to rotate the players will cost us promotion. If by any chance we do scrape up via the play off's we will be cannon fodder very quickly because of the fact it's a squad game now and not just your best 11. I realise some of our fringe players aren't as gifted as the first picks but that's what managers do... fit them in. Even the top teams have baggage, even if they did cost millions more than we could imagine.
Maybe a good January window will prove me wrong.
What a load of crap!

Our fanbase are puggled to fuck mate an absolute laughing stock
I'd have to "agree to disagree" with you on this one marra.🤔
May I suggest (with respect) that this message forum is not unlike many of the other fan forums that I've been a member of, people have wide and diverse views, some wise beyond calculation; some that would be best described as "the polar opposite"
What I'm trying to say my friend, is that the fanbase of SAFC (in my humble opinion) are anything BUT "an absolute laughing stock" they're just "football supporters" at the end of the day! (like the rest of us numpties!! 🤣🤣🤣)

What a load of codswallop!Brissy is the type of manager to fit in with our(by our i mean present owners) system and ethos and given his remit he is doing a fine job.....if he does well he will move on to another better job if he gets the blame for any failures he will be replaced by another coach of the same ilk!If we dont get promoted i will not be because of any of brissieds decision making it will be because the squad is not strong enough to keep the level of performance required to get promoted and that will be down to the owners! We have a chance to bolster the squad in january so lets see what kld provides for the promotion push !Bad defending/ panicky forwards cost us on sunday nothing more !

We were so shit in the second half of last season we finished three points above Sheffield Wednesday. I honestly thought we'd be in a relegation scrap based on how the season ended.

Do I wish we had a board who invested more in the playing staff? Yes I do.
But as far as I am concerned Regis took an empty hat and pulled a rabbit out of it.
Do I agree with all his decisions and tactics, no, but with what he was given he is doing a fantastic job and to think otherwise is forgetting where we were at the end of last season

The owners caused our demise last season and remember dodds and beale were their decisions as well as hiring brissy ..brissy is doing a fine job with the players he has available but its down to the owners to lead from the front and support the squad in january for a promotion push ...if i was a cynical sort of chap i think kld will be happy not to spend much in the window in the hope we get a playoff place and get most of our better players fit for that! I have nee idea on whose coming into the club in january but if i was a betting man i would put money on Cirkin being sold in january! (bookmark this in not ITK before anyone asks )

Have another drink sir.

@hank williams I think I know where your missing Frosty Jack's went!

Lets say we end up in the play offs, which is the most likely scenario (I still haven't written off the top 2 yet) then you would have to say that the manager has done well with hopefully more to come.

At that point we are as likely to get to Wembley as anyone and on the day who knows.

If we dont get in the play offs then there would be a likely inquest, given that so far we have been in the top 6 all season. However I'd still expect him to be our manager at the start of next season.

After losing to Stoke I thought I'd lost my mind. Clearly I was actually calm and rational compared to others. We lost a game that we should have banked a point. Was an awful game, scrappy and badly officiated. Let's see how we bounce back with a squad decimated by injuries. Hold our fire until Reggie has some players back at least.
