I don't want to lose Jobe but it's not a bad swap and no doubt we'll be well recompensed and be able to afford two or three other Le Bris type players including a striker and right back. We'll see what transpires.

If Jobes going this window it’s because there is an offer we can’t refuse and or it’s because his family think it’s time
Thing is if we have a£20m purchase to fund in summer if we get promoted Jobe needs to go for a lot lot more money to fund other things. Is he at the peak of his worth to us yet? That’s going to happen when he holds his own in the Premiership.

I don’t think he’s going anywhere as he’s still learning but it’s based on nothing other than I don’t want it to happen but appreciate it will at some point
