It does, but you have to remember temps get no paid hols or sick and no pension either.

With the extra pay, it should be enough to cover such things if they budget it wisely.
Not so much now the rates have been capped which is in an effort to encourage people to go for permanent posts. Not a bad thing, imo.

I suppose it all depends if the capped rates are going to attract or deter the staff needed especially for what seems a basket case of an area like Sunderland. Still amazes me things are that bad in Sunderland mind.
