The south can fuck off!

If they let us have some of the investment in other infrastructure, road, public transport like they do, then maybes we might let them have a few drops of our water.
 
We're a f***ing Island, surrounded by the stuff. I'm sure technology exists to purify sea water.
Anyway in 25 years when the seas have rose and the South is all underwater we won't need as much water
Imagine having to use a desalination plant in the UK.

It's absolutely ridiculous.

We'll just spend a few hundred million quid on desalination plants. Obviously by the time they're built this will have run to billions with delays and whatnot.
 
The south already has issues with water during the summer. I pretty sure it's a regular thing for water to be transported down to them from up here.
