Why? Is it bad that a player has his own personal ambition?

Plenty players wouldn't have signed for us last summer who now may be willing to join...

Don't remember anyone's heart being broken like, and we'll certainly not break his if we're not interested anymore, as he seems to have plenty of suitors.

Plenty of top level footballers wouldn't have gave us much of thought last summer, but thanks to the board, Xhaka, and the rest of the lads, we're now a very attractive proposition, and I expect we'll need to be taking full advantage of that.

It’s an old smb classic that a few blinkered can’t see beyond their own dream of playing for SAFC. Reality is all players with no connection dream of playing at the elite, football is a food chain and what we want is hungry players who want to star for us to get their dream move and we make a huge profit

Mags are much worse for it genuinely believing Isak and Bruno “lerv wor club” as if they wouldn’t (and as proven in the former) jump at the chance to play for the about 10 clubs who are the absolute elite
