TV DVD combi

Bought one of these for the daughter for Christmas (she's only 2). Working great till a couple a weeks ago I came in from work to our lass letting her play with the remote now when it plays dvds it plays them with no sound. Sound works on the tv itself through HDMI and normal tv. Anyone any ideas? It's a Bush 24 inch led tv DVD combi.

I bought the bairn one of these last Christmas. It did the exact same thing you are describing. Seems a common fault with this model as i looked into it to see if there was a quick fix.
Fortunately it was still under warranty so I took it back and got it replaced.

Just a longshot but where it says "Headphone/Lineout" it is set to "Headphone". Should it be "Speaker" or summick like that?

I thought that but u can only select either headphone or lineout. I've tried both and still doesn't work.
