You haven't been doing that have you? Refusing to employ people based on their religion? You seem a little agitated.
Employers don't employ people all the time for all kinds of reasons including because they aren't a good fit. I don't think the employer have have problem with the bloke being religious. It's that he gets himself online and calls homosexuals an abomination etc.
